Mad Synergi was founded in Copenhagen 2008 by the educated chef Jeppe Graa.
In 2011, as the company grew and it became necessary to locate to new premises, the road led Mad Synergi to Roholte near Præstø Fjord, where the company is still located today.
The 1250 sqm, facilities are running 24 hours a day, with a bakery at night and production during the day.
